1. Registration and Annual Joining Fee Policy

All participants must complete the Canadian Amateur Boxing Application for Registration An annual fee applies:

• $30 for recreational members
• $70 for competitors, coaches, and officials
  This fee covers registration, insurance, and eligibility for our programs.

2. Payment Policy

• Membership fees are billed monthly and must be paid on time.
• No refunds are offered after a payment is processed.
• Any additional charges (like sign-up fees) are listed upfront.

3. Attendance and Booking Policy

• Members are encouraged to pre-book classes if required.
• Late arrivals may be denied entry to maintain class quality.
• Certain programs may have limited spots, so please book early.

4. Cancellation and Membership Hold Policy

• Members must provide 30 days’ notice to cancel a membership.
• Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 2 months with prior notice.

5. Health and Safety Policy

• Members must follow gym rules and maintain good hygiene.
• KV Boxing reserves the right to deny access to anyone posing a safety risk.

6. Code of Conduct Policy

• Respect toward coaches, staff, and fellow members is mandatory.
• Any disruptive behavior will result in membership suspension or termination.

7. Liability Waiver

All members participate at their own risk and must sign a waiver of liability upon joining. KV Boxing is not responsible for injuries sustained during training.
